Alchemical Adventure in Softness Retreat in Portugal

We will spend a week together exploring, experimenting, and dropping into softness. We will practice embodiment in various forms, connect with the Portuguese people and culture, be held by nature, engage in juicy connection practices, express our creativity, slow down and find our own personal rhythm, with the help of the sea.
